Impact Ndola 2019 begins next week!

This week 64 friends from across the United States begin their travels to Africa to serve alongside 140 Northrise University students, staff, and alumni.

We are inviting you to join the Impact Ndola team by praying for the ministry projects as we bring the love of God through service to our neighbors in the city of Ndola.

Impact Ndola 2019 is a special kind of mission trip because we partner with Northrise University – We are Northrise.

We are Northrise means that those we serve know their support comes from Northrise. When the Americans go back home, the support we give doesn’t leave with us, but continues through the presence of Northrise in their community and, ultimately, through the God we represent.

Impact Ndola is a week of service through six ministry projects – a men’s conference, a women’s conference, medical and dental clinics, VBS-like children’s ministries, evangelistic community outreach, and construction projects.

When Moffat and Doreen Zimba designed Impact Ndola, with the first week of service in 2008, the goal for this experience was, and still is, to change the hearts of all involved. Moffat and Doreen want to see Northrise University students cultivate a heart for service and local leaders equipped to continue the ministry after we leave.

Though it’s not just the students who can expect to experience a change of heart and soul, many have shared that participating in Impact Ndola changes the hearts of those who travel overseas to serve. We cannot know exactly how we will change, but we can expect God to work in our lives, in the lives of those we serve, and with whom we share the story.

Even though you may not be traveling to Africa to serve, you are a part of Impact Ndola through your prayers and support. Thank you for partnering with us for this week of service.
