Through the Strategic Partnerships Office, Northrise University partners with local organizations on two fronts; leadership training programs and MOUs that create educational benefit incentives for employees.

Leadership Training Programs: Our approach is simple; using conversations on identified gaps, we design custom leadership training programs for managers and supervisors to help streamline processes and improve efficiencies in organizations.

NU hosted a Corporate graduation ceremony for Epiroc sometime 2019. Overall objectives were achieved and, from verbal testimonies received from the team leader and the people who were part of the training, their expectations were met.
