Sunday, Day Two of Impact Ndola 2013 got off to a blessed start as we worshipped with the congregation of Ndola Baptist Church. Even though we did understand the words to some of the worship songs we sang in Bemba, their native language, we all knew we were worshipping our Lord Jesus Christ together. Pastor Grave Singogo preached the sermon from James 5:13-20 on Elders and Healing. After the service members of the congregation blessed us with snacks and soft drinks and we had the opportunity to fellowship with many of them.
After lunch back at Caravelle House, each of the teams met to get to know one another as well as to plan and discuss their ministry for the week. Tomorrow will be touring the Northrise campus and farm and making final preparations for our work for the rest of the Impact Ndola 2013 week.
Continue to hold us up in prayer each day that we each would be His servants and that our work here would be pleasing to Him.
