Dear Northrise Friends,

Thank you for continuing to support Northrise University through your prayers, talents, gifts and financial support.  I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a unique family on this incredible journey.  Here is an update to share with you:

  • The new ONE STUDENT Scholarship program was launched last week. Please share it with your family, friends and associates.  Our goal is 100 new full scholarships in 2015.
  • Steven Sikobela and Lusuntha Ngulube, key staff leaders from Northrise, visited and shared with their counterparts at Baylor from April 8th through April 23rd. Steven and Lusuntha also attended the Orange County Dinner/Auction and shared their stories.
  • Moffat and Doreen arrived safely back home last week after spending two weeks in the U.S. visiting and introducing new friends to Northrise.
  • The Bachelor of Nursing program was introduced in March in partnership with First Quantum Mines.
  • Canyon Institute Arizona provided a significant grant to help expand Northrise Farms.
  • The Orange County Dinner/Auction on April 17th raised over $200,000 to support NU and NUI operations. Thank you to everyone who planned and supported this wonderful event.
  • Several vision trips are planned over the next few months.
  • A generous grant from the James L. Stamps Foundation will help provide computers for the new Campus Center
  • Northrise/Baylor Winter term program was finalized for June through July.
  • Planning and prayer continues for Impact Ndola 2015 in July.
  • Northrise University graduation will be held on May 9th.

Please continue to pray for Moffat, Doreen and the entire Northrise University staff.  Please let me know how I can help you share the Northrise story with others.

God Bless,
